Wilton (IOM) Limited - Revocation

Following a public statement by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (the “Authority”) on 24 January 2024, the Authority can confirm that the Interim Receiver of Wilton (IOM) Limited (appointed by Isle of Man High Court Order on 21 November 2023) remains in place.

The Interim Receiver will continue to provide the necessary services and support to Wilton (IOM) Limited’s clients, under sections 4.8 and 5.5 of the Financial Services (Exemptions) Regulations 2011.
