As you will be aware the situation on the Island continues to change on a daily basis. We understand that regulated entities are prioritising compliance with the Government’s Covid-19 requirements, the wellbeing of their staff, their ongoing communication with customers and managing the impact on their financial soundness. However, it is essential that regulated entities continue to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations and discuss with the Authority any queries or concerns they may have at an early stage. This is particularly important for any newly established firms and any firms experiencing significant financial stress or material operational concerns.

The Authority remains open for business with these modified work practices. We will regularly review our operating approach and will update the Covid-19 area of our website to reflect any other adjustments to our practices or the regulatory requirements in the light of any further developments.
