Credit Unions’ Savings Limit

The Credit Unions (Ordinary Shares) Order 2020 was made by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority on 3 December 2020 and was approved by Tynwald at its January sitting. It will come into effect on 22 January 2021. The Order will amend the Credit Unions Act 1993 by increasing the maximum permitted holding of ordinary shares in a credit union.
