Consultation Response on Bank (Recovery and Resolution) Act 2020 - Funding of administrative expenses of the Resolution Authority

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has today published a Consultation Response (CR21-02) to the earlier Consultation Paper (CP21-02) on the proposed method of recovery of the Resolution Authority’s administrative costs, from the banking industry for the year April 2021-March 2022.
