Mr Michael Simpson as Liquidator of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Limited (in liquidation)

Notice is hereby given that Mr Michael Simpson, who was licensed under Section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008, has surrendered the licence with effect from 13 October 2020.

The licence was extant for the purpose of enabling Mr Michael Simpson to discharge his responsibilities as liquidator and deemed official receiver, appointed by the Court in respect of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) (in liquidation) (“the company”).

The Court released Mr Simpson as Liquidator of the company on 13 October 2020.
