AML/CFT Statistical Returns: submissions in 2020

The Authority would like to remind regulated entities and designated businesses that the annual AML/CFT statistical return (for data as at, and for the year ended, 31 December 2019) should be submitted by 31 December 2020 at the latest to business.change@iomfsa.im. Earlier submission is encouraged.

The return templates and guidance can be found at https://www.iomfsa.im/amlcft/amlcft-requirements-and-guidance/.  There have been no structural changes to the return templates with the exception of the specific tab for retirement benefits schemes administrators.  Guidance has been updated accordingly.
 
The Authority would also like to thank those regulated entities and designated businesses that have already submitted the return with their 2019 data.
