Consultation Response on the new regulatory regime for credit unions and the amendment to loan interest rate

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has today published a Consultation Response (CR19-03/T03) to the Consultation Paper (CP18-06/T03) on the new regulatory regime for credit unions and the amendment to the loan interest rate.

The relevant legislation has now been made and will come into operation in April 2019, subject to Tynwald approval.
