Feedback statement published on forthcoming amendments to primary legislation

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (‘the Authority’) has today published a Feedback Statement (FS19-01/T20) following its Discussion Paper on the Forthcoming Amendments to Primary Legislation.

The Authority will progress with the preparation of draft primary legislation, and when the draft is prepared the Authority will issue a detailed consultation upon it, setting out the full details of the proposals.
