The Authority has recently become aware of a website www.al-khawaminvestment.com purporting to represent the business Al-Khawam Investment Limited and claiming to operate from the address, 69 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man .
The FSA wishes to draw attention to the following observations:
The FSA has established no association between the company Al-Khawam Investment Limited and any genuine Isle of Man companies or businesses.
The genuine occupiers of the address 69 Athol Street, Douglas have no knowledge of nor any connection to the entity Al-Khawam Investment Limited

To offer investment services in or from the Isle of Man requires a licence issued by the FSA. There is no licenceholder in the Isle of Man named Al-Khawam Investment Ltd. A search of all entities licensed by the FSA can be found at:

Under the circumstances, the FSA feels that any person who has accessed the website al-hawaminvestment.com may potentially become the victim of an Advanced Fee Fraud or it may be an attempt at gaining personal data from the recipient in order to steal their identity.
