ICP Project – General Insurance Intermediaries Consultation Response

The Financial Services Authority (‘the Authority’) has published a consultation response paper (CR18-02/T08) on the Isle of Man Government’s Consultation Hub providing details of the consultation feedback received in relation to its consultation paper (CP17-07/T08) for General Insurance Intermediaries which was issued in July 2017.

A number of detailed and informative responses were received from interested parties and this consultation response paper provides a summary of those responses, and the Authority’s resulting views on the matters raised, including suggested amendments to some of the original proposals.
