Financial Services Authority publishes its Annual Report 2015/16

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is pleased to announce the release of its first annual report. Chief Executive Karen Badgerow said:

'The year has been one of continued focus on key priorities and consideration of the change agenda in how the FSA operates. Core work in such areas as the Insurance Supervision framework and in supporting the implementation of new initiatives such as Alternative Banking and Crowd Funding will remain the focus of the team in the coming year. As a newly integrated regulator a great deal of effort has been spent on renewing key relationships within industry and government and these relationships will be important as we consider changes to our process.

At the heart of what we do is to ensure that we protect consumers and maintain confidence in the financial services sector in the Isle of Man and this will continue to be a key driver of our priorities moving forward.'
