Financial Services Rule Book 2016 (‘the 2016 Rule Book’) – update

The Financial Services Rule Book 2016’s progress had to be rescheduled due to the general election in September, which resulted in Tynwald’s consideration of the 2016 Rule Book being deferred from October to November 2016.

However, in order to assist licenceholders and other users to prepare for the 2016 Rule Book, the Authority has added to the Rule Book consultation webpage both the final version of the 2016 Rule Book (which is still subject to Tynwald approval) and a tracked changes document showing changes from the 2013 (current) Rule Book to the 2016 Rule Book.

The 2016 Rule Book and the tracked changes document will be added to the FSA08 legislation webpage following approval by Tynwald (if granted).
