Financial Services (Civil Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

Due to changes to rule numbers from the 2013 to 2016 Rule Book (as described here), it is necessary to amend the Financial Services (Civil Penalties) Regulations 2015 so as to reflect the new rule numbers. The Authority has therefore issued a consultation on the draft Financial Services (Civil Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, which will be open until 20 November 2016.
