Financial Services Rule Book 2016 – consultation on draft legislation

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has today issued a public consultation on the draft Financial Services Rule Book 2016, which we intend will replace the current Rule Book on 1 January 2017. The consultation document includes a link to a tracked changes version of the draft Rule Book 2016.

This consultation will be of interest to all entities that are regulated under the Financial Services Act 2008 and their advisers. Comments on the proposed new legislation are welcome until 19 June 2016.
