The Insurance and Pensions Authority issues consultation papers on transitional provisions and consequential amendments in connection with the establishment of the IOMFSA

The IPA has today issued two consultation papers in connection with the transitional provisions and consequential amendments in respect of the transfer of functions from the IPA and the Supervisor to the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

These consultations will be of direct interest to entities regulated by the Insurance and Pensions Authority. The IPA invites comments from interested parties by 17th September 2015.
