The Financial Supervision Commission has become aware of the above website. The website “Contact” page has two addresses, one of which is an Isle of Man address: “Suite 7, Capital House/Circular Rd, Isle of Man IM1 1AG”. This is a genuine address in the Isle of Man, however, the genuine occupiers of this address have no business relationship or connection whatsoever with the purported entity Alpha Fund Management.

The Commission wishes to draw attention to the following observations:

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as business names on the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no association between the above entity and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entity and the Isle of Man.

We can confirm that the above entity is not licensed or authorised by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake any regulated activities. A list of all institutions licensed by the Commission is available on our website at www.fsc.gov.im.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this potentially fraudulent entity / website, to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.

The Commission feels that any person accessing this fraudulent website may potentially become the victim of an Advanced Fee Fraud – see explanatory notice issued by the Commission at:
