The Commission has established no association between the above entities and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

To authenticate details used in potential fraudulent activity, falsified documents purporting to originate from the Financial Services Authority (‘FSA’) in the United Kingdom have been distributed. This documentation which bears the signatures of James Roosevelt as Financial Service Auditor and Anne Henshaw as Commissioner is in no way linked to the genuine FSA.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with these entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
