IOSCO Member Investor Alerts / Warnings

This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008.

The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission is a member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (“IOSCO”).

IOSCO is recognized as the international standard setter for securities markets. The Organization's wide membership regulates more than 90% of the world's securities markets. IOSCO members regulate more than one hundred jurisdictions and the Organization's membership is steadily growing.

IOSCO has launched a new service of disseminating to the full IOSCO membership any Investor Alerts and Warnings that are published by IOSCO members.

These Investor Alerts and Warnings will typically refer to entities which are not authorized to provide investment services from the relevant jurisdiction. Members of the public should be cautious of these entities.

The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission has been advised of Investor Alerts / Warnings issued recently by the following IOSCO members in respect of the entities listed below. Also listed below are the website addresses of the relevant IOSCO members.
