Annual Reports of the Scheme Manager for the Depositors' Compensation Scheme

The Annual Reports of the Scheme Manager for the Depositors’ Compensation Scheme in respect of the year ended 31 March 2010 are available to view on the Commission’s website under “Publications”. They can also be accessed from the section “Consumers – Compensation Scheme”. There are two annual reports, one covering the Scheme in relation to the 1991 Regulations and one in relation to the 2008 Regulations.
