Bogus website – www.zurich-finance.net

The Financial Supervision Commission has become aware of a website using the above URL (web address), which claims, without consent, to represent the Zurich Financial Services Group. The “Contact Us” page of the website gives the name and address “Zurich Bank International Limited, PO Box 422, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 3AF, British Isles”. Enquiries undertaken by the Commission have established that the above URL is not in any way associated with the genuine Zurich Bank International Limited, or any of its related companies.

There is a genuine entity by the name of Zurich Bank International Limited at that genuine Isle of Man address, which is licensed by the Commission, but it is in no way connected or associated with the above bogus website.

The contact email address and contact telephone numbers listed on the above bogus website are not those of the genuine Zurich Bank International Limited.

Under the circumstances, the Commission feels that this website is being used as an attempt at gaining personal data from the recipient in order to steal their identity – see explanatory notice issued by the Commission at:
