Oceanicsky Corporation Inc - Dr Arun Raaj Phull

This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008.

The Commission has recently become aware of documentation regarding an entity, Oceanicsky Corporation Inc.

Within this documentation it is claimed that the above named entity has an address of “Grosvener Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1JA, United Kingdom” (sic).

The Commission wishes to draw attention to the following observations:

There is no “Grosvener Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1JA, United Kingdom”, however, there is a “Grosvenor Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1JA, British Isles”. The genuine occupant of Grosvenor Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 1JA is licensed by the Commission and has confirmed categorically that the above entity or individual have no presence at or connection with the aforementioned address or are in any way connected or associated with the genuine occupant of that address.

The above entity is not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activity in or from the Isle of Man. A list of all institutions licensed by the Commission is available on our website at www.fsc.gov.im.

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no association between the above entity or individual and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entity or individual and the Isle of Man.

Telephone numbers used in the documentation seen by the Commission are not genuine Isle of Man telephone numbers.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity or individual to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
