This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008.

The Financial Supervision Commission has become aware of the above website which purports to represent the entity, Cayman National Group. The genuine Cayman National Group is a registered business name, in the Isle of Man, of Cayman National Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited and Cayman National Fund Services (Isle of Man) Limited.

The genuine entities, Cayman National Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited and Cayman National Fund Services (Isle of Man) Limited, are licensed by the Commission, but they are in no way connected or associated with the above website.

The address contact details on the website are that of the genuine Cayman National Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited and Cayman National Fund Services (Isle of Man) Limited, however, the telephone and e-mail details are NOT those of the genuine entities.

Under the circumstances, the Commission feels that this website is being used as an attempt at gaining personal data from the recipient in order to steal their identity – see explanatory notice issued by the Commission at:
