This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the FinancialSupervision Act 1988.

Mr Mohammed M. Hoque

The Financial Supervision Commission has become aware of the above website which purports that a Mr Mohammed M. Hoque has some association or connection with Mannin Chambers. The above website is reported to bear a close resemblance to the website of the aforesaid Mannin Chambers.

There is a genuine legal practice by the name of Mannin Chambers Limited, which has a registered business name of Mannin Chambers, incorporated in the Isle of Man.

Enquiries by the Commission have established that there is no person by the name of Mohammed M. Hoque, now or formerly, associated or connected with the genuine Mannin Chambers Limited.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealings with this website to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
