This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008.

The Financial Supervision Commission has recently become aware of a website using the above URL (web address) which claims, without consent, to represent Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited. Within the website, the following contact email addresses, admin_thomashyipinvest.com@thomashyipinvest.com and tommiller@gawab.com, are provided.

Enquiries undertaken by the Commission have established that the above URL is not in any way associated with the genuine Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited, or any of its related companies. The Commission has also established that the above email addresses are not in any way associated with the genuine Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited, or any of its related companies.

There is a genuine entity by the name of Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited, which is licensed by the Commission to conduct investment business, but is in no way connected or associated with the above bogus website.

Under the circumstances, the Commission feels that this website is being used to tempt persons into becoming the victim of a fraud.

The Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with any entity quoting this ULR exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
