The Commission has recently become aware that members of the Public have been provided with documentation, in relation to the purported provision of loans, which bears the name of and alleges to be issued by the above entity. Within the aforementioned documents the above entity claims to have an address of PO Box 158, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 1WS.
Enquiries carried out by the Commission have established beyond doubt that PO Box 158, Douglas is not held by the above entity nor does the genuine holder of that PO Box have any relationship with or knowledge of the above entity. The postcode IM99 1WS is not correct for PO Box 158, Douglas.
The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.
The above entity is not licensed by us to undertake Banking or any other regulated activity in, on or from the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the above entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.

For the complete avoidance of doubt the Commission wishes to make clear that the subject of this Warning is not in any way related to or associated with The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited, a genuine company incorporated in England and Wales which trades under the name Royal London, or with any subsidiaries of that genuine company. Any persons having concerns as to whether they are dealing with the genuine Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited or a genuine subsidiary of the same, may wish to satisfy themselves by visiting their website at www.royal-london.co.uk.
