The Commission has recently become aware of the above website, which claims to represent the above entity.

The website contains information claiming that the address for the above entity is in the Isle of Man at 5 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 1UG, Brithish Isle (sic). Research by the Commission has established that there is such an address but can confirm categorically that the above entity has no association whatsoever with that address or its genuine residents.

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The website contains information claiming that it is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. The Commission can categorically confirm that this entity is not licensed by us to undertake Banking or any other regulated activity, including in, on or from the Isle of Man.

Extensive enquiries carried out by the Commission have established that the above entity has no genuine association with, the aforementioned address.

The aforementioned address is in reality occupied by Irish Nationwide (IOM) Limited.

Irish Nationwide (IOM) Limited is regulated by the Commission and holds a licence to undertake banking activities.

The above named Trans World Security Investment does not have any association or connection with the aforementioned Irish Nationwide (IOM) Limited.

The Commission has established no association between the above entity and any genuine Isle of Man company.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entity and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the aforementioned Trans World Security Investment to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
