The Commission has recently become aware of the above website, which claims to represent the above entity.

The website contains statements alleging that the above entity has an address of 4 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, United Kingdom.

The website also makes reference to a purported “Freeport Trust Company and securities Ltd” (sic) purportedly of the same address.

Neither of the aforementioned entities is a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. Neither is registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. Neither is registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The above entities are not licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking business or any other regulated activity in, on or from the Isle of Man.

The address 4, Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man is occupied by the genuine company Freeport Trust Company Limited which is licensed and regulated by the Commission. The subjects of this notice are not known to or in any way, manner or form associated with the genuine Freeport Trust Company Limited. The subjects of this notice do not have any presence at or connection with the 4 Athol Street Douglas address. The claims on the above website implying that they do are completely false.

The genuine Freeport Trust Company Limited does not, as of the date of issue of this Notice, operate a website.
