The Commission has become aware of correspondence purporting to have been issued by the above named entity.

The correspondence claims that the above entity has an address of Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man. The Commission has been unable to identify any premises in Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man occupied by the above.

The correspondence claims that the above entity has telephone numbers of +(44)798 538 5927 and +(44) 709 202 4411. Neither of these numbers is an Isle of Man number. Research indicates that the former number may be a mobile telephone number provided by a telecommunications provider in the United Kingdom and that the latter number may be provided by a fax and telephone diversion service.

The correspondence also quotes an alleged “Dedicated Telephone Banking Number” for the above of +(44) 770 902 1760. This also is not an Isle of Man number and appears to be a mobile telephone number provided by a United Kingdom telecommunications provider.

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The above entity is not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activities in, on or from the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
