The Commission has recently had enquiries from members of the Public in relation to the above website which includes references to and claims to represent the above entity.
The website does not specifically state that the above entity has a presence in or connection with the Isle of Man, however it is clear from the enquiries that this has been the perception of persons dealing with it.
The Commission wishes to make clear that the above entity is not nor ever has been licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activity in or from the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no association between this entity and any genuine Isle of Man companies.
The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man. The Commission has seen an email making reference to the above entity and website and purporting to have been sent by a Roy Atkinson. The Commission has previously issued a Public Warning in relation to emails purporting to be sent by a person of this name who was falsely claiming to represent a local bank on the Island.
The above entity claims on the above website to have an address in Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. Checks with the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority, which is the United Kingdom regulator, reveal that it is not regulated to undertake licensable activities in that jurisdiction. It appears on the list of unauthorised internet banks published by the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority which may be read on their website.
Under the circumstances, the Commission would wish to make clear to persons considering dealing with this entity that despite its name it has no known genuine connection with the Isle of Man.
