Trans Intercontinental Finance

On 23rd July 2004 the Jersey Financial Services Commission issued a Public Statement regarding an entity called Global Trust Finance which makes reference to the above website and other named entities. The Public Statement issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

It has come to our notice that there is reference within the website www.gtfg.co.uk to an entity named Trans Intercontinental Finance. The website entry for Trans Intercontinental Finance claims that it comprises a number of companies located in the offshore jurisdiction of, amongst others, the Isle of Man.

The Commission has issued a previous Public Notice in relation to an entity named Trans Intercontinental Finance. That earlier Public Notice may be viewed.

Trans Intercontinental Finance is not, nor ever has been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

Trans Intercontinental Finance is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no genuine links between Trans Intercontinental Finance and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with Trans Intercontinental Finance to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this Public Notice.
