This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

The Commission has recently become aware of the activities of the above entities, which claim to have a presence in or connection with the Isle of Man.

These entities are not, nor ever have been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

None of the above entities are a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. None are registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. None are registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

On the above website, Alliance Investment Group claims to have an address at: Beamount House P.O. Box SS- 6236 Isle of Man. The Commission has been unable to identify any such address on the Isle of Man. The postcode quoted is not a valid Isle of Man postcode.

The website claims a telephone number of 08701417190 and a fax number of 08701417191 for Alliance Investment Group. Research by the Commission indicates that these are not valid Isle of Man numbers. They appear to be a numbers provided by a telecommunications provider in the United Kingdom.

The Commission has established no genuine links between any of these entities and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with these entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
