This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the
powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

Browning Attlee Investments

The Financial Supervision Commission have been made aware of telephone calls allegedly originating
from Browning Attlee Investments. This entity purports, within the calls, to be located in the Isle of
Man. The Commission have carried out enquiries and have been unable to identify any such entity
in, or genuinely associated with the Isle of Man.

Browning Attlee Investments is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man.
It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is
not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The caller asks the person receiving the call to fax back details of their website or brochures. They
claim that due to computer problems they are unable to download the documents online.
Subsequent information obtained by the Commission would suggest that the numbers given by the
caller, which are:

09069070005

may be 'premium rate' or diverted lines and in conjunction with the above information, relating to
the alleged company, would suggest that the intent of the calls was to defraud the recipient.
None of the telephone numbers provided are Isle of Man numbers and all appear to be issued by
United Kingdom Telecommunication providers.

The Commission would strongly urge persons receiving calls purporting to originate from Browning
Attlee Investments to refrain from calling any numbers given, bearing in mind the contents of this
public notice.
