On 30th September 2003 the Commission issued a Public Warning regarding the website www.mtfonline.co.uk which included references to and claimed to represent the above entity. That earlier Public Warning is available.

The recently identified website infers that Meridien Trust Finance is based in or has links to the Isle of Man.

Meridien Trust Finance is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

Meridien Trust Finance is not licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking, investment or any other regulated business.
