The Commission has recently become aware of the activities of the above entity, which claims to have a presence in or connection with the Isle of Man.

This entity is not, nor ever has been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

Providence Financial Trust is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

On the above website Providence Financial Trust claims to have an address of 10, King Rd., Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Dominica. There is no such street address on the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man is not in the United Kingdom. The Isle of Man is not in Dominica.

The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man. Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
