This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the
powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.


Dissurance Limited Insurance Company


The Commission has recently become aware of the activities of the above entity, which claims to
have a presence in or connection with the Isle of Man. In documents seen by the Commission the
above claims to be located at Castle Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.


Dissurance Limited is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not
registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not
registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.


We have been unable to locate any business by the name of Dissurance Limited at any address in the
Isle of Man.


Insurance business on the Isle of Man is regulated by the Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions
Authority. The Commission has been in contact with the Insurance and Pensions Authority who have
notified us that Dissurance Limited is not nor ever has been authorised to undertake insurance
business from the Isle of Man. They have no record of a company of this name.


The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man.
Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this
entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of
this public notice.
