Terissa Hamilton Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited

This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the
powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

The Financial Supervision Commission have been made aware of faxes allegedly originating from
Terissa Hamilton Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited. A fax purportedly originating from this entity has
been seen by the Commission. The fax purports to be with reference to Employers/Employees
Terms & Conditions and asks that the recipient telephone the sender with regards to employing the
recipient’s recruitment services. Information supplied to the Commission suggests that when the
recipient calls the quoted numbers they are advised that the entity is located at 3, Victoria Street,
Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LH.

Enquiries carried out by the Commission have established that 3 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man
is not a valid address. The quoted postcode is not appropriate to that address.

Terissa Hamilton Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction
of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on
the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The Commission have been unable to establish any genuine link between Terissa Hamilton Holdings
(Isle of Man) Limited and the Isle of Man.

The Commission is concerned that these faxes may be being used to perpetrate some form of
“premium rate phone scam”.

None of the telephone numbers provided are Isle of Man numbers and all appear to be issued by
United Kingdom Telecommunication providers.

The Commission would strongly urge persons receiving emails purporting to originate from Terissa
Hamilton Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited to refrain from calling any numbers listed, bearing in mind
the contents of this public notice.
