The Isle of Man Commission has been made aware that the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission
has issued a notice concerning the above institution, which operates from R11 Ragged Staff Wharf,
Queensway Quay, Gibraltar.
The notice details substantial conditions, imposed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commissioner,
in respect of the authorisation of Rock Financial Services Limited.
The Isle of Man Commission is drawing attention to the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission
notice, in order to assist the due diligence process of any of its licenceholders which may have
dealings with the above entity and for the information of any customers of the above entity. The
