This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

Paula Getti Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited The Financial Supervision Commission have been made aware of faxes allegedly originating from Paula Getti Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited. The faxes give no address details. Paula Getti Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man.

It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man nor is it registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The text of the faxes asks the recipient to telephone the sender immediately regarding booking a reservation.

Subsequent information obtained by the Commission would suggest that should recipients respond to these faxes they might inadvertently incur premium rate telephone charges.

None of the telephone numbers provided on the faxes are Isle of Man numbers and all appear to be issued by United Kingdom Telecommunication providers.

The Commission would strongly urge persons receiving faxes purporting to originate from Paula Getti Holdings (Isle of Man) Limited to refrain from calling any numbers listed, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
