A website using the URL www.isleofmanbank.com has been brought to the attention of the Commission. The website claims to represent the above entities.

The Commission is concerned that the URL www.isleofmanbank.com could be taken as implying some link with the Isle of Man. The Commission have been unable to establish any genuine link between the entities represented on the website and the Isle of Man.

The website makes reference to a number of activities which, were they genuinely being undertaken in, on or from the Isle of Man would be licensable. None of the entities represented on the website are licensed by the Commission. To undertake these activities, in, on or from the Isle of Man, or to hold out as doing so, without a license from the Commission, could constitute a criminal offence.

Bank Crozier Limited states within the website that it is incorporated and has its principal place of business in Grenada and St Lucia. The Commission is not in a position to either confirm or deny this statement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above URL is NOT in any way associated with Isle of Man Bank Limited (a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group), a genuine bank on the Isle of Man, which is licensed and regulated by the Commission.
