This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988

On the 10^th September 2002, the Commission petitioned the High Court of Justice in the Isle of Man for the winding up of the above company on the grounds that it appeared to the Commission that such winding up was expedient in the public interest.

On the above date the High Court of Justice in the Isle of Man Ordered that Andrew Paul Shimmin of 13-15, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed Liquidator Provisionally of the above Company and that he also be deemed to be the Official Receiver of the Company.

The High Court of Justice in the Isle of Man adjourned further hearing of the Commission’s Petition for the winding up of the Company to a Court to be held in Douglas on 14 October 2002.
