Following a statutory investigation into the above Isle of Man incorporated company the Financial Supervision Commission Petitioned the High Court of Justice for the Isle of Man on 29 April 2002 and had a Liquidator Provisional deemed Official Receiver appointed pending the winding up of the company.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the content of this public notice.
